Our Indo-Pacific Java Estate Kayumas coffee originates from smallholder coffee farms in the villages of Curah Tatl and Kayumas in Eastern Java.  This exquisite coffee displays a syrupy and heavy body, with deep notes of baker's chocolate and cedar without the overwhelming earthy undertones present among many Indonesian coffees. The result is a bold, heavy cup up front with a clean, complete lingering finish. Very good delivery, well balanced flavor, slight earthy, smooth body and sweet mild acidity with dark chocolate and brown spice notes

This single origin coffee is excellent and a staff and family favorite! Our coffees are chosen and established with great love and greater yet - consideration of origin, flavor profile and quality. All of these components help us to deliver consistent, exceptional coffee that easily become a favorite go-to coffee.

Indo-Pacific the best

I love this coffee. Been getting for the past year. Previously getting a decaf from RhoadsRoast but when I tried Indo- Pacific it is now my very favorite. I get the medium roast once a month and it’s perfect for my “pour over”.

Good not Great

A nice coffee but not outstanding. Used light roast with deionized water in a fully automatic coffee machine for American coffee.

very smooth

I use this for my cold brew and it is strong dark and very smooth.
It is also just as nice as pour over for a strong hit in the mornings
Further to the previous review by Jonathon for an all round everyday coffee the Peruvian Approcassi cannot be beaten med roast.
For ultimate snobbery I choose Ethiopian Yirgacheffe for the mornings for its sheer fruitiness and refreshing flavors light roast

Dark Roast Suites Me

Good Cup. Pungent and smokey, which I like, if dark roasted. Keep measure moderate.
