Just lovr your Bali Blue Moon coffee whole bean. This is my 2nd order. Very distinctive flavor and aroma. I like light/med roast.. Just a touch of molasses or dark honey

Wonderful. Just about same flavor as your Guatemala beans but a little less expensive.
I roast with a Kaleido M1 roaster.

I love this coffee. Been getting for the past year. Previously getting a decaf from RhoadsRoast but when I tried Indo- Pacific it is now my very favorite. I get the medium roast once a month and it’s perfect for my “pour over”.

First reviewed the Mexican Chiapas MOCABE a little over 2 years ago. This coffee remains at the top of our list of favorites. In the light roast level, it maintains full body, low acidity - really the bullet points in the main flavor description describe this coffee better than I ever can, and they are completely accurate. This is not at all a syrupy-sweet or honey processed coffee.
