- In the cup this coffee is lively and bright with notes of apricot and cocoa with a heavy body and a clean, crisp finish.
- Ethiopia produces some of the most unique and fascinating coffees in the world. Fruit, wine-like acidity.
- Ethiopian Harrar and its regions for pure natural or pulp natural coffees are often used in espresso blends to capture the fine aromatics in the crema.
- At a light roast the Guji delivered the fruitiness we were looking for, sweet and syrupy strawberry flavors with blueberry tones and chocolate-citrus notes at the finish.
- Great Ethiopians are hard to come by these days – be sure to get a bag before they disappear.
- Characteristics: Smooth, creamy blueberry/strawberry nuances, floral notes, clean milk chocolate finish, sweet, lingering taste.
- Elevation: 1800-2000 meters
- Dried on raised beds, triple hand sorted (ripe cherry, dry pods, processed beans).
- The Grade 3 aspect is simply removing more defects thru hand sorting than they do normally hence producing a cleaner, better cup.

This is by far the best coffee that I have ever had. I will be ordering again.
Ethiopian Sidamo Organic Guji Natural Grade 3 Fresh 100% Arabica Coffee Beans
An absolute joy of a cup. I honestly look forward to the aroma every morning and taking that first sip.
Has that back-of-the-throat bite (when daaaaark roasted) that I love. It's in my rotation every 3-4 months or so.
I have been buying this Ethiopian Sidamo Guji for many years now. Whether I buy it as a dark roast or as green beans that I roast myself, I love this coffee. I will occasionally try another bean, but I have never found a coffee I like better.
