I always get the Costa Rica Los Cerros micro lot from the San Juanillo Valley which is my favorite by far. Recently I tried the Zambia coffee which was also amazing. I get these coffees dark espresso roast. Anything less either light or medium the flavor is completely different and you might not like it. This happened to me so I make sure it's dark espresso roast. Keep on roasting you guys are the best!!! Thanks!!!
