We have tried roasting six different kinds of beans from Rhoads Roast, and the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is our favorite so far. We have roasted them to both "city" and "full city" roasts with very satisfying results. The coffee is robust and delicious with no hint of bitterness.

My wife and I have travelled all over and our favorite coffee is Yirgacheffe. Rhodes does a very good job of selecting and roasting the beans.

I’ve tried several different roasters (local and national) and Rhoads provides the best quality and consistency. Unfortunately the Bali Kintamani is no longer available but I love this Papua New Guinea organic estate. Smooth, excellent aroma and doesn’t trigger my reflux.
