It's been a busy summer and we have some updates to share. As a valued RhoadsRoast coffee lover and customer, we wanted to make you aware of certain changes affecting our FREE USA Shipping program.
As all carriers prepare for high eCommerce demand during the upcoming holiday season, we are adjusting our carrier networks to best deliver to our customers with customer-driven options direct from the carriers. In providing everyone with the best possible service during this challenging time, beginning October 1, 2023, through January 14, 2024, RhoadsRoast Coffees will be strictly enforcing our shipping model that affects the special FREE USA Shipping option for ALL customers nationwide. Due to all carrier rate increases effective 10/2/2023, our FREE USA shipping model will process for orders, single and combined, less than 15 lbs. only. This is a slight departure from our previous shipping model, and a necessary change due to carrier changes, rate increases, compounded by government regulations affecting nationwide transport.
Finally, please be careful in your ordering to avoid shipping mis-haps and potential cancellation fees. Banks and financial processors are no longer refunding merchants for cancellations, so please order carefully.
Also, effective October 1, 2023, we will be introducing a new OTO discount for you to use site-wide through October, and then a new one each month through January, 2024. Please keep a look-out for those special emails for future savings, and for now, use OTO FRESH discount through September 30, 2023.
