Honduras, focused on producing high-quality organic coffees with consistent results. Cherries are selectively handpicked and processed at a centralized wet mill, where they are washed, patio pre-dried, and finished in mechanical dryers to ensure uniform quality. The cooperative maintains strict quality control through a fully equipped cupping lab, evaluating each lot before export. CAFESCOR also prioritizes sustainability by producing organic fertilizer from coffee pulp and supporting programs that promote education and eliminate child labor. This Organic SHG EP offers a clean, approachable cup with notes of dark chocolate, citrus, and nuttiness, making it a versatile option for blends or single origin offerings.
Roasting Monday - Friday: All of our coffees are always the freshest 100% Arabica imports from current year harvests, importing yearly worldwide. Fresh harvested coffee beans range from full natural processing to wet processing in the mills. Beans are all hand sorted to ensure the highest standards of our products to our customers. Roasted coffee orders are fresh roasted daily (Monday-Friday) and shipped same day as roasted. From farm to cup, and fresh to you to enjoy the brew!
