Thank your the efficient service. We are enjoying roasting and drinking amazing coffee. Difficult to find green beans.
Thank you for the kind words! We're happy to be able to provide quality, fair trade coffee beans to those who appreciate them.
Totally underrated African coffee. Drawn to the story of the coffee's origins and mission, I bought a pound of green beans and experimented. Had great results just at the beginning of the second crack (just before it starts rolling) where I found honey and delicate lemon with a pleasantly bitter finish and a very satisfying mouth feel. It's not as sharp or as strongly citrusy as other African coffees. The overall quality of the beans is good, (there were a few odd shapes in there) still, it tastes great and remains a relative bargain. Everyone I've offered it to, my friends, family, and coworkers, has commented on the exceptional taste and complexity.
