I first tasted a Misty Valley Ethiopian coffee last year when traveling. This is the first time I tasted a coffee which was so forward with blueberry flavor. I've only roasted a single 12oz sample batch, but I immediately was taken back to the first time I had a Misty Valley coffee once I ground the beans. I used a profile that worked well for a Kenyan varietal and this responded very well. Excited to have more fun with this one and cups to enjoy. A buddy of mine swore someone was sneaking blueberry juice into his coffee as it cooled down towards room temp.
