We don’t particularly like coffee with a tart/fruity flavor so this is absolutely our favorite coffee of all time because it has a finish that is chocolately/brown sugar. We order it regularly and roast it to a dark medium.
Absolutely loved it! Using a whirlpop roaster on my bbq. Treasured each cup! I found I enjoyed the coffee more when I let roasted beans sit for 24+ hours before grinding with this batch while others I’ve roasted after 12-18. Not a problem, just a note.
